What comes in my order?
- Your fine art print(s) will be packaged in a bubble mailer, backed by chip board to prevent bending, within a cellophane bag and wrapped in tissue paper.
- At this time processing will be up to 14 days. I will be working to cut processing time as I learn how much time it takes to print, pack, and ship each order. This is my hobby and my passion, but I do have a 9-6 job outside of this as well as freelancing and I won't know for a while long long it will take to get an order out the door. But I will get every single order done processed in that time frame unless otherwise specified.
How long is shipping?
- This is my first time learning how to ship a large volume of print! I'm working with my local post office. It should take between 1-3 business days to process and then 1-3 business days to ship. As I said, I do work a full time job and freelance after 6:30 pm. If there are any hiccups I will be sure to post information on my social medias.
- Absolutely! Use the contact form and I will do my best to accommodate your request. At this time the biggest that I can print on my own is 13 x 19 borderless.
My print was damaged, what do I do?
- Send me a picture of the damaged print and I will send you a brand new one free of charge. *However* I must say that I do hand print every single print myself. Minor imperfections are common even when I do quality checks. I will not send a photo that does not pass my standards.
Refunds?
- At this time, I am not taking refunds.
